Flagship grain refiner
TiBAl ADVANCE™
AMG's most efficient grain refiner, developed as casthouses pushed quality standards higher on critical products. Every batch is validated against proprietary DC casting simulation to guarantee a controlled refining response even at very low addition levels — so you buy less material per tonne cast and hold grain size where you want it. The GREEN™ variant is manufactured using low‑carbon aluminium for producers reporting on embodied emissions.

Grain Refiners
A full range of titanium‑to‑boron, titanium‑to‑carbon and titanium‑to‑aluminium ratios to suit the conditions in your plant. Controlled addition releases nucleant particles into molten aluminium, promoting a fine equiaxed structure throughout the cast alloy instead of columnar crystals — holding product consistency, cutting cost and letting casting speed rise.

Composition & properties
Master Alloys
Hardeners carrying alloying elements in high concentration, giving a convenient and economical route to target chemistry. They dissolve at lower melt temperatures than pure elements — reducing dross formation, limiting hydrogen pick‑up, cutting furnace energy and extending lining life. Includes specialty and mechanical alloys with essentially no domestic Indian equivalent.

Compacted Additives — ALTAB™
Hardener elements such as Mn, Cr, Fe, Ti and Cu compacted with high‑grade aluminium powder into tablet form. Because the elements are not in solution, recovery is slower than a master alloy — so many casthouses run both: ALTAB™ for bulk or precise trim additions, waffle hardener for the balance. Used worldwide on foilstock and canstock rolling ingot, precision extrusion billet and quality foundry alloys.

Chemicals & Fluxes
Blends of solid inorganic compounds formulated for degassing, demagging, cleaning, grain refining and chemistry modification of molten alloys. Includes potassium aluminium fluoride (KAlF₄) as an alternative to conventional fluoride salts, and potassium fluoroborate (KBF₄) — a key ingredient in grain refining salts, used alone or combined with potassium titanium fluoride.

Rod Feeder Systems
Purpose‑designed units for continuous grain refinement and alloying of casthouse melts using grain refiner in rod form. Continuous feeding removes the batch‑addition variability that shows up as grain size drift down the cast, and gives repeatable, auditable addition rates. Supplied with commissioning support and matched consumable supply.
